Koska is a brand name recognized for its high quality products. Koska set up its first factory in 1974 in Istanbul, although its tradition of helva making goes back to an early 19th century helva shop operated by Hajji Emin Bey in the west Anatolian town of Denizli. Koska is known for a variety of high quality products such as nougat, preserves, and, of course, helvas. Koska’s current facility is a 135,000 sq. ft. plant in Istanbul dedicated to the production of a distinguished line of confections.
