1) Pour water into the water compartment of the coffee maker
2) Add 1 measuring spoon of Turkish coffee per person into the pot of the coffeemaker
3) If used, put sugar into the coffee pot at this point
4) Pour first the coffee foam, the the remaining coffee into the cups
